Livestock Guarantee

Live Arrival & Livestock Health Guarantee Agreement

This guarantee applies to all livestock purchases made from Crystal Reef Aquatics LLC (“Company”).

1. Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

All livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive and in good condition on the first delivery attempt at the address provided by the Client.

In the event of a Dead on Arrival (“DOA”) specimen, Client must:

-Notify the Company in writing within 2 hours of confirmed delivery

-Provide clear photo or video documentation of:

-The unopened bag(s)

-The deceased specimen(s)

-Shipping label and packaging

Failure to provide proper documentation within the required timeframe shall void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

Approved DOA claims will receive, at the Company’s discretion:

Store credit equal to the livestock purchase price (excluding shipping), or Replacement of the livestock item

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Seven (7) Day Livestock Health Guarantee

All fish and corals are covered by a 7-day limited health guarantee beginning on the date of delivery.

If livestock loss occurs within this period, Client must:

Notify the Company within 24 hours of loss

Provide clear photographic evidence of the specimen

Provide current tank parameters, including:

Salinity

Temperature

Ammonia

Nitrite

Nitrate

For livestock valued at $100 or more per individual specimen, the Company reserves the right to require on-site water quality testing or verifiable third-party testing to confirm tank stability prior to issuing any credit or exchange.

Approved claims under this section will be issued as store credit only.

3. Conditions of Guarantee Eligibility

This guarantee shall be valid only if all of the following conditions are met:

Proper acclimation procedures were followed

Livestock has not been exposed to copper-based medications (applicable to invertebrates and corals)

Tank parameters are stable, appropriate, and within accepted marine standards

The aquarium system is fully cycled and has been established for a minimum of 30 days

The livestock item was not sold or labeled as “No Guarantee”

The Company reserves the right to deny any claim where evidence indicates improper husbandry, environmental instability, aggression from tank mates, or other conditions outside the Company’s control.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability under this guarantee is strictly limited to the original livestock purchase price. Under no circumstances shall Crystal Reef Aquatics LLC be liable for consequential damages, secondary livestock loss, equipment damage, or incidental expenses.
